Andrea Morelli Knapp is an associate at Silicon Legal Strategy. She has represented a wide variety of emerging technology companies, entrepreneurs, venture capital firms and angel investors.
Andrea advises both companies and investors in private equity and debt financings, assists companies in incorporation and formation, and counsels clients on day-to-day corporate governance matters. Andrea also guides clients as they negotiate and structure M&A transactions, commercial agreements and employment/consulting arrangements.
Prior to joining SLS, Andrea was a corporate and securities associate at Gunderson Dettmer Stough Villeneuve Franklin & Hachigian, LLP. Andrea received her law degree from the University of Washington School of Law and her undergraduate degree from the University of Washington with a double major in Business and Psychology.
Andrea enjoys running with her golden retriever, skiing, touring wineries in the Napa Valley region and traveling.
