Cathy Caputo is a senior legal assistant at Silicon Legal Strategy. She assists clients with incorporations, venture capital financings, acquisitions, mergers, securities law compliance and general corporate governance matters.
Prior to joining SLS, Cathy worked as an attorney for Bay Venture Counsel and Crosby, Heafey, and Reed Smith. Cathy received her law degree from the University of San Francisco School of Law and her undergraduate degree from San Francisco State University
