Lisa is a paralegal at Silicon Legal Strategy. She assists clients and the SLS team with incorporations, corporate governance, equity plan administration, and capitalization table maintenance.
Prior to joining SLS, Lisa worked as a paralegal for Morgan Legal Services servicing tech startups and private venture-backed companies. She received her Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies and Paralegal Certificate from John F. Kennedy University.
In her spare time, Lisa enjoys playing video games and reading.
