Natasha Arora is an associate at Silicon Legal. Natasha specializes in the representation of emerging growth companies throughout their lifecycles.
She represents a wide variety of early to late stage technology companies, as well as venture capital investors, on general corporate and transactional matters, including entity formations, venture capital financings, and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining SLS, Natasha was a tech associate in the Palo Alto office of Lowenstein Sandler, where she represented startups and investors on a variety of corporate and business issues, including venture financings.
Natasha received her law degree from the University of California, Berkeley, and a B.S. in Public Relations from the University of Texas at Austin.
Outside of the office, Natasha designs Indian inspired clothing and accessories and enjoys working out, traveling, and dancing.
