Nicole Harper is a senior associate at Silicon Legal Strategy. She is a trusted advocate who advises founders, investors, boards of directors and c-level executives on law, risk and market trends.
Nicole represents emerging technology companies and investors in transactions ranging from incorporation and founder issues to complex exit strategies. She provides day-to-day counseling on corporate governance matters and guides clients as they negotiate and structure financings, M&A transactions, commercial agreements and employment/consulting relationships.
Prior to joining SLS, Nicole was a corporate and securities associate at Fenwick & West LLP where she began her legal career. Nicole received her law degree from NYU School of Law and her undergraduate degree in Philosophy and Political Science from Wellesley.
When not negotiating for her clients, Nicole is often negotiating with her two small children. She also enjoys travel, learning something new and coaching soccer.
