Sapna Mithani
Law Clerk
Sapna Mithani is a law clerk at Silicon Legal Strategy. She assists the team with private equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions and corporate governance matters.
Prior to joining SLS, Sapna worked as a paralegal at Gunderson Dettmer LLP. Sapna currently attends Indiana University School of Law. She received her undergraduate degree from the University of California, Berkeley.
When not working or studying, Sapna enjoys traveling, snowboarding and dancing with friends.
