Adam is a senior associate at Silicon Legal Strategy.

Adam has represented emerging and well-established companies at every stage of the company life cycle, as well as private equity, growth, venture and angel investors. Adam provides day-to-day counselling to clients on legal matters, including corporate formation and structuring, governance, debt and equity financings, M&A transactions, commercial transactions and day-to-day corporate matters.

Prior to joining SLS, Adam was the General Counsel at Alpha Foods, a plant-based food company, and prior to that he was a senior associate at Fenwick & West LLP, where he advised startups, late-stage private companies, public companies and venture capital investors. Adam received his J.D. from Harvard Law School, where he served as a Class Marshall and worked with the Harvard Negotiators, and his BComm and BSc in Computer Science from the University of Calgary.

When Adam isn’t lawyering, he’s either coaching his kids’ teams, playing one of the many sports he’s into (pickleball and hockey are top of his list at the moment), or watching one of his favorite “prestige TV” shows.
