Silicon Legal represented Emerson Collective as they joined Teal Health’s $22 million Series A Round.

Teal Health is the maker of an at-home cervical cancer screening device.

The round was led by .406 Ventures and included investments from, in addition to Emerson Collective, Forerunner, Labcorp, Starfire Ventures, and MPower Partners.

Silicon Legal’s Emerson Collective client team includes Kevin Morrissey, Madelyn Tarr, Michelle Chern, and Navneet Mattu.
