Silicon Legal represented Toyota AI Ventures as they joined May Mobility’s $22 million Series A financing.

May Mobility develops autonomous vehicles from the chassis up with a focus on system level safety design. The financing was led by Millennium New Horizons and Cyrus Capital Partners and included investments from, in addition to Toyota AI Ventures, LG Technology Ventures, Thayer Ventures, and existing investors BMW i Ventures, Maven Ventures, and Y Combinator.

The Silicon Legal client team included Andre Gharakhanian, Coleman Cannon, Charu Satia and Mike Perez.
