Silicon Legal represented Floodgate as they joined Workboard’s $23 million Series B financing.

Workboard is an enterprise strategy and results management company. The financing was led by GGV Capital and included investments from, in addition to Floodgate, Microsoft’s venture arm M12, Workday Ventures, Opus Capital, and other existing investors.

The Silicon Legal client team included Andre Gharakhanian, Heidi Walas, Sarah Boulden, Ryan Southerland, Natasha Arora and Jackie Sheely.
