Silicon Legal represented MHS Capital as they joined Grove Collaborative’s $150 million Series D financing.

Grove Collaborative is an e-commerce platform for natural home and personal care products. The financing was led by Lone Pine Capital, Glynn Capital, and General Atlantic. In addition to MHS Capital, Greenspring Associates, Mayfield Fund, NextView Ventures, Norwest Venture Partners and Heron Rock Capital also participated in the round.
