Silicon Legal Strategy Welcomes Former Sherman & Howard Associate Bryce Wilson

SAN FRANCISCO, CA – Silicon Legal Strategy today announced that Bryce Wilson has joined the firm as an associate in its San Francisco, CA office.

Before joining SLS, Bryce worked as an associate for Sherman & Howard L.L.C. in Denver, Colorado, where he represented public and private companies on a variety of financing and transactional matters.

Bryce received his J.D. degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder and his B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Entrepreneurship and a minor in Economics from the University of Oregon.

“The ecosystem at Silicon Legal combines entrepreneurship with years of legal training and experience in the startup community,” said Wilson.  “This mix allows the team to provide personalized service to its clients based on an inherent understanding of the issues they face.  I could not be more excited about joining the SLS team and helping emerging companies and investors at the forefront of their industries.”

“We are excited to close out 2019 by adding yet another talented hire to our team,” said Andre Gharakhanian, partner at Silicon Legal Strategy.  “Bryce has an incredible depth of knowledge that will be invaluable when guiding clients through both day-to-day corporate transactions as well as the more complex issues faced by later-stage companies.”
