Silicon Legal represented Floodgate as they joined Cheetah’s $36 million Series B financing.

Cheetah’s wholesale grocery and restaurant supply app, the first of its kind, is the most affordable way for small food service owners to get their supplies. The financing was led by Eclipse Ventures and included investment from, in addition to Floodgate, ICONIQ Capital and Hanaco Ventures.

The Silicon Legal client team included Andre Gharakhanian, Heidi Walas, Sarah Boulden, Ian Peck, Meghan Fitzpatrick, Jackie Sheely, Natasha Arora, and Tommy Szalasny.
