Silicon Legal represented Felicis Ventures as they joined Clear Labs’ $18 million financing.

Clear Labs, a diagnostic platform that helps protect the global food supply, is using its technology to sharpen COVID-19 testing. The financing was led by Redmile Group and included investment from, in addition to Felicis Ventures, Wing VC, Menlo Ventures, Tyson Ventures, Khosla Ventures, GV, and HBM Genomics.

The Silicon Legal client team included Gaurav Mathur, Heidi Walas, Sarah Boulden, Natasha Hsieh, Mike Perez, and Noah Driggs.
