Silicon Legal represented Felicis Ventures as they joined Canva’s $60 million financing.

Canva, a web design software developer, is offering an affordable, comprehensive subscription service to businesses. The financing was co-led by Blackbird and Sequoia China, and included investment from, in addition to Felicis Ventures, Bond, and General Catalyst.

The Silicon Legal client team included Gaurav Mathur, Heidi Walas, Sarah Boulden, Natasha Hsieh, Mike Perez, and Noah Driggs.
