Silicon Legal represented SignalFire as they joined Transposit’s $35 million Series B round, bringing total funding to date to $50.4 million.
Transposit, a startup built to help engineers, is a single home platform for operations and incidents. The financing was led by Altimeter Capital and included investment from, in addition to SignalFire, Sutter Hill Ventures and Unusual Ventures.
The Silicon Legal client team included Andre Gharakhanian, Ian Peck, and Natasha Arora.
