Silicon Legal represented Felicis Ventures as they joined Modern Health’s $51 million Series C round.

Modern Health is a San Francisco-based SaaS company providing mental health benefits solutions to employers. The financing round was led by Battery Ventures, and included investment from, in addition to Felicis Ventures, Kleiner Perkins, Founders Fund, 01 Advisors, Afore Capital and Frederic Kerrest.

The Silicon Legal client team included Gaurav Mathur, Heidi Walas, Sarah Boulden, Natasha Hsieh, Mike Perez, and Noah Driggs.
