Silicon Legal represented Webflow as they raised a $140 million Series B round, pushing the company’s valuation north of S2.1 billion.

Webflow is a San Francisco-based software company providing businesses an easy-to-use, no-coding software platform. The round was led by Accel and Silversmith Capital Partners, and included additional investment from Capital G, an Alphabet venture capital group.

The Silicon Legal client team included Heidi Walas, Ian Peck, Michael Young, Noah Driggs, and Stephanie Becerra.
