Silicon Legal represented Felicis Ventures as they led Literati’s $40 million Series B round.

Literati is an Austin-based book club platform and subscription service. In addition to Felicis Ventures, the financing included investment from Dick Costolo and Adam Bain of 01 Advisors, Founders Fund, General Catalyst, Shasta, Silverton Partners, Springdale Ventures, and Steph Curry.

The Silicon Legal client team included Gaurav Mathur, Sarah Boulden, Natasha Hsieh, Mike Perez, Noah Driggs, and Bryce Wilson.
