Silicon Legal represented Creative Ventures as they led C. Light Technologies’ $2.5 million seed round.

C. Light Technologies is a Berkeley-based healthtech startup using the first ever 10-second retinal eye-tracking scan for neurological disease. In addition to Creative Ventures, the financing included investment from Yamaha Motor Ventures, Wisconsin Investment Partners, Berkeley Skydeck Fund, the Band of Angels, EGB Capital, Monde Green Ventures, Puck Ventures, and the Vectors Angel Group.

The Silicon Legal client team included Andre Gharakhanian, Rebecca Tseng Grant, and Bryce Wilson.
