Silicon Legal represented Cowboy Ventures as they joined Contra’s $14.5MM Series A round.

Contra is a San Francisco-based startup and the first professional community for the freelance, remote and independent workforce. The round was led by Unusual Ventures, with participation from, in addition to Cowboy Ventures, Atelier Ventures.

The Silicon Legal client team included Coleman Cannon, Ryan Southerland, Michael Young, and Noah Driggs.
