Silicon Legal represented Caffeinated Capital as they joined Airtable’s $270 million round, bringing the company’s reported valuation to $5.7 billion.

Airtable is a cloud-based spreadsheet and robust relational database. Its no-code product lets users build and customize software without deep programming skills.

The financing was led by Neil Mehta of Greenoaks Capital with participation from, in addition to Caffeinated Capital, CRV, Thrive and Jeffery Katzensberg’s WndrCo.

The Silicon Legal client team included Coleman Cannon, Natasha Hsieh, and Bryce Wilson.
