Silicon Legal represented Floodgate as they joined Popshop Live’s $20MM Series A financing.

Popshop Live re-imagines the mobile e-commerce experience by bringing immersive and entertaining real-time boutique shopping straight to your phone. Popshop Live is a mobile, live-streaming marketplace where up-and-coming brands and individuals can create and host their own pop-up shopping channels and sell directly to a global audience.

The round was led by Benchmark with participation from, in addition to Floodgate, TQ Ventures, Mantis VC, Access Industries, SV Angel, Abstract Ventures, Long Journey Ventures and various angels including Hailey Bieber, Kendall Jenner and Michael Ovitz.

The Silicon Legal client team included Andre Gharakhanian, Sarah Boulden, Ian Peck, Meghan Fitzpatrick and Tommy Szalasny.
