Silicon Legal represented Precursor Ventures as they led Heart to Heart’s $750K pre-seed round.

Heart to Heart is an audio first dating app that lets users listen to the story behind the pictures in their profile. This helps users learn about the person, and not just what they look like.

The round was led by Precursor Ventures with participation from OATV, The Shade Room, Realist Ventures and various angel investors.

The Silicon Legal client team included Andre Gharakhanian, Ian Peck, Charu Satia, and Travis Robertson.
