Silicon Legal represented Authoritive as they raised a $5MM seed round.

Authoritive builds branded audio, video and text-based learning experiences, delivered directly to consumers, in collaboration with some of the most successful content creators in the world.

The round was led by Owl Ventures, with participation from Guardian Media Ventures.

The Silicon Legal client team included Ryan Southerland, Bryce Wilson, Chris Rosene and Britney Warner.
