Silicon Legal represented Caffeinated Capital, as they joined Capchase’s $80 million Series B round.

Capchase’s suite of financial tools makes it easy to turn recurring revenue into flexible growth financing.

The round was led by 01Advisors, and included investments from, in addition to Caffeinated Capital, QED, Bling, Scifi, Thomvest Ventures, Tusk Venture Partners, Invesco and Gaingels.

The Silicon Legal client team included Coleman Cannon, Natasha Hsieh, Nicole Tate-Naghi, Charlie Clark and Chris Rosene.
