SAN FRANCISCO, CA – Silicon Legal Strategy today announced that managing associate Mike Perez has rejoined the firm in its San Francisco office.
Mike Perez is a managing associate at Silicon Legal Strategy. Mike advises innovative technology companies on a litany of business-related legal issues, including entity formation, corporate governance matters, debt and equity financings, and commercial contract drafting and negotiation. Mike also advises venture capital clients on their debt and equity investments in existing and prospective portfolio companies.
Prior to joining SLS, Mike served as Chief Executive Officer of Pay Tgthr, Inc., a financial technology company based in San Francisco, and earlier as an associate with Cooley LLP, where he advised startups and public companies on matters of corporate governance, debt and equity financings, and securities compliance, and Littler Mendelson P.C., where litigated employment matters.
Mike received his J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law, and his B.A. in Economics and B.S. in Applied Mathematics from the University of California, Davis.
