Silicon Legal represented AstroForge as they raised a $13MM seed round.

AstroForge mines asteroids, with the mission to expand humanity’s capabilities to utilize the untapped resources in space.

The round was led by Initialized Capital, with participation from Seven Seven Six, EarthRise, Aera VC, Liquid 2 and Soma.

The Silicon Legal client team included Andre Gharakhanian, Shannon Meyer, Tommy Szalasny and Derrick Metriyakool.
