Silicon Legal represented Hostfully as they raised a $4MM seed round.

Hostfully is an all-in-one property management platform that helps vacation rental managers embrace automation and give the best experience to their guests.

The round was led by Disruption Ventures, with participation from Precursor Ventures, Trend Forward Capital, Groundbreak Ventures, Celtic House Asia Partners and various angel investors.

The Silicon Legal client team included Andre Gharakhanian, Ian Peck, Travis Robertson and Britney Warner.
