Silicon Legal represented the National Cycling League as they raised $7.5MM in seed financing.

The National Cycling League is revolutionizing professional cycling in the United States by building the professional sports league of the future – a league with foundational values of diverse ownership, gender equality and inclusion, technology, and sustainability.

The round was led by Will Ventures with participation from Founder Collective, Collab Capital, Impellent Ventures, and a cast of NBA and NFL stars.

The Silicon Legal client team included Natasha Hsieh, Madelyn Tarr, and Stephanie Becerra.
