Silicon Legal represented PermitFlow as they raised a $5.5 million seed round.

PermitFlow is developing a permit application and management platform to simplify and speed up the process for builders to obtain construction permits.

The round was led by Initialized Capital with participation from PlanGrid, Thumbtack, Mighty Buildings, Zillow and Bluebeam.

Silicon Legal’s PermitFlow client team includes P. Charu Satia, Brian Schlinkert, Charlie Clark, Run Bo Lu, and Derrick Metriyakool.
