Silicon Legal Welcomes Former Goodwin Associate Jenna Mann

San Francisco, CA – Silicon Legal Strategy announced today that Jenna Mann has joined the firm as an associate in its San Francisco office. Jenna represents technology companies at each stage of the corporate life cycle, including entity formation, general business and corporate governance matters, debt and equity financings, and mergers and acquisitions.
