Jenny Gossen is a senior paralegal at Silicon Legal Strategy.

She assists clients with incorporations, private equity and debt financing, and general corporate governance matters.

Prior to joining SLS, Jenny worked as a paralegal specialist at Goodwin Procter LLP. She has also worked in corporate paralegal roles at Orrick, Herrington & Sutcliffe, and as a corporate and securities paralegal at DLA Piper.

Jenny received her Paralegal Certificate from Cañada College and her undergraduate degree in English from University of the Pacific.

In her spare time, Jenny enjoys travelling, boating and spending time with her family.
