Regina Valcazar is a law clerk at Silicon Legal Strategy.

Her practice supports emerging companies, startups, and investors on a range of corporate and transactional matters. Her work includes assisting with filings, preparing formation documents, and organizing signature page packets and other transaction materials.

Prior to joining SLS, Regina worked in patient care with Crossover Health, an in-person and remote provider of advanced primary care. In that role, she coordinated care, managed confidential records, worked closely with clinicians, and served as a primary point of contact for patients. She also brings client-facing experience from her background in the fitness industry.

Regina received her bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from Saint Mary’s College of California. She is pursuing a career as a paralegal and plans to complete paralegal coursework.

Away from the office, you can find Regina spending time with her silky terriers, reading, and exploring new travel and wellness interests.
