Silicon Legal represented Galvanize as it joined Plug’s $20 million Series A financing.

Plug is a marketplace built for buying and selling electric vehicles.

The round was led by Lightspeed and included investments from, in addition to Galvanize, Autotech Ventures, Leap Forward Ventures, and Renn Global.

Silicon Legal’s Galvanize client team includes Ryan Southerland, Madelyn Tarr, and Robert Moore.
