Silicon Legal represented J-Impact as they joined Powerline’s $7 million Seed round.

Powerline is an energy storage software company building AI-driven intelligence and digital testbeds to help developers and utilities operate and scale battery portfolios more effectively.

The round was led by MaC Venture Capital and included investments from, in addition to J-Impact, LG Technology Ventures, Alumni Ventures, and CLAI Ventures.

Silicon Legal’s J-Impact client team includes Sarah Boulden, Nicole Tate-Naghi, and Navneet Mattu.
