Silicon Legal represented Carbide Ventures as they joined LakeFusion’s $7.5 million Seed round.

LakeFusion develops a Databricks-native master data management platform.

The round was led by Silverton Partners and included an investment from Carbide Ventures.

Silicon Legal’s Carbide Ventures client team includes Sarah Boulden, Rebecca Tseng Grant, Coleman Cannon, and Tina Lee.
