Silicon Legal represented Hummingbird Ventures as they joined Augustus’ $180 million Series B round.

Augustus is a financial technology company building a clearing bank.

The round was led by Tiger Global and included investments from, in addition to Hummingbird Ventures, QED, the founders of Nubank, Ramp, Circle, and Deel, Soma Capital, Road Capital Management, CMT Digital, Brevan Howard Digital, and Variant.

Silicon Legal’s Hummingbird Ventures client team includes P. Charu Satia, Ryan Southerland, Madelyn Tarr, Milan Kumar, and Navneet Mattu.
