Corin is a paralegal at Silicon Legal Strategy. She assists the SLS team and clients with incorporations, private equity and debt financing, and general corporate governance matters.

Prior to joining SLS, Corin worked in the emerging companies and venture capital group at Perkins Coie LLP in Palo Alto.

Corin received her undergraduate degree in Political Science and Chicano Studies from the University of California, Berkeley.

Outside of work, she loves spending time with her daughter, dancing and traveling. She is also fluent in Spanish.
