Joshua Fuller is a senior associate at Silicon Legal Strategy.

Josh advises emerging companies and investors on formation and startup issues, venture capital financing, mergers and acquisitions, as well as routine corporate matters.

Prior to joining SLS, Josh was an associate at Fenwick & West LLP.

Josh received his J.D. from The University of Washington School of Law and his undergraduate degree in East Asian Studies from Yale University.

Beyond his legal work, Josh enjoys golfing, spending time with family and travelling to Japan.
