Lynn Stahli
– Paralegal –
Lynn is a paralegal at Silicon Legal Strategy. She assists clients and the SLS team with company formations, corporate governance, venture financings, and equity plan and capitalization table administration.
Prior to joining SLS, Lynn worked as a legal assistant for Morgan Legal Services servicing tech startups and private venture-backed companies. She received her Bachelor of Science Degree in Journalism from Ohio University and Paralegal Certificate from San Francisco State University.
In her spare time, Lynn enjoys the outdoors and indoors with her 5 children and husband.
