Olivia Miranda is an associate at Silicon Legal Strategy.

Olivia represents emerging growth companies throughout their lifecycles, with an emphasis on general corporate counseling, venture capital financings, and mergers and acquisitions. She also advises venture capital investors on their investments in a broad range of technology companies across various sectors.

Prior to joining SLS, Olivia worked with technology startups and venture capital investors at Gunderson Dettmer in their New York office.

Before attending law school, Olivia worked as the Head of Global Compliance with Beyond Type 1, a non-profit dedicated to improving the lives of those impacted by diabetes.

Olivia received her J.D. from University of California, College of the Law, San Francisco, magna cum laude, and her B.A. in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley. Olivia is licensed to practice law in New York.

Away from the office, Olivia enjoys long walks with her Jack Russell terrier, experimenting with new recipes in the kitchen, and catching the latest shows on Broadway.
