SAN FRANCISCO, CA – Silicon Legal Strategy today announced that senior associate Jackie Ammon has joined the firm in its San Francisco office.
Jackie represents entrepreneurs, emerging companies and venture capital investors, helping them navigate legal and business challenges by providing practical, solutions-oriented advice. Jackie has deep experience advising on complex corporate transactions and counsels her clients on corporate governance, fundraising strategy, and securities law throughout their life cycle.
Prior to joining Silicon Legal, Jackie served as counsel at WilmerHale in Palo Alto, California, and currently serves as an adjunct professor of law at the University of San Francisco, where she teaches an upper division course on transactional legal skills.
Jackie received her J.D. from the University of San Francisco School of Law and her B.A. in both Political Science and Communication from the University of California, Davis. Jackie additionally holds a CORe credential from the Harvard School of Business, a 150-hour program specialized in business analytics, manager economics, and financial accounting.
