Silicon Legal Welcomes Bold Legal Founder and Former KO Paralegal Adria Dillon

SAN FRANCISCO, CA – Silicon Legal Strategy today announced that paralegal Adria Dillon has joined the firm in its Denver office.

Adria Dillon is a paralegal at Silicon Legal Strategy. She specializes in corporate and securities law and has extensive experience collaborating with companies and investors in a broad range of corporate transactions. Her areas of expertise include mergers and acquisitions, venture capital, credit finance, securities law compliance, debt and equity financings, stock plan administration and corporate maintenance.

Prior to joining Silicon Legal Strategy, Adria was a founder and senior corporate paralegal at Bold Legal LLC in Denver, Colorado. Before Bold Legal, Adria worked as a senior corporate paralegal at Kendall, Koenig & Oelsner PC also in Denver, Colorado. Adria graduated with honors from Colorado State University with a bachelor’s degree in Political Science.
