SAN FRANCISCO, CA – Silicon Legal Strategy today announced that senior associate Adam Derry has joined the firm in its San Francisco office.
Adam has represented emerging and well-established companies at every stage of the company life cycle, as well as private equity, growth, venture and angel investors. Adam provides day-to-day counselling to clients on legal matters, including corporate formation and structuring, governance, debt and equity financings, M&A transactions, commercial transactions and day-to-day corporate matters.
Prior to joining SLS, Adam was General Counsel at Alpha Foods, a plant-based food company, and prior to that he was a senior associate at Fenwick & West LLP, where he advised startups, late-stage private companies, public companies and venture capital investors.
Adam received his J.D. from Harvard Law School, where he served as a Class Marshall and worked with the Harvard Negotiators, and his BComm and BSc in Computer Science from the University of Calgary.
