SAN FRANCISCO, CA – Silicon Legal Strategy today announced that associate Vishal Ganesan has joined the firm in its San Francisco office.
Vishal advises early stage and emerging growth companies and venture capital investors on formation issues, equity and debt financings, corporate governance, and mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining SLS, Vishal was an associate at Egan Nelson LLP, where he worked with emerging companies on a variety of corporate and transactional matters. Prior to Egan Nelson, Vishal was an associate in the San Francisco office of Latham & Watkins LLP, where he advised private and public companies on a wide variety of matters including entity formations, venture capital financings, token issuances, public offerings, and mergers and acquisitions.
Vishal received his law degree from The University of Virginia School of Law and his undergraduate degree from the University of Arizona.
“I’ve been an SLS admirer from afar for years now,” said Vishal. “As an associate at Latham, I was fortunate enough to work across the firm on a number of deals, and I was consistently impressed with the firm’s approach to the practice and its entrepreneurial spirit. I am beyond thrilled to be a part of the team.”
“We noticed and were very impressed with Vishal when he was across the table from us on deals,” said Andre Gharakhanian, Partner at Silicon Legal Strategy. “His communication style and focus on client service align with our high-touch service model. Silicon Legal continues to attract top tier talent, and we are excited to have yet another remarkable hire heading into an active 2022.”
