Silicon Legal Welcomes Former Fenwick & West Associate Larry Suh

LOS ANGELES, CA – Silicon Legal Strategy today announced that managing associate Larry Suh has joined the firm in its Los Angeles office.

Larry represents emerging growth and development stage companies, as well as venture capital funds and angel investors on a wide range of corporate and financing matters. Larry has exceptional experience advising on day-to-day commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, debt and venture capital financings, and entity formations.

Prior to joining Silicon Legal, Larry was an associate at Fenwick & West in Silicon Valley. Larry received his J.D. from the Northwestern University School of Law and his B.A. in Economics from the University of California, Berkeley.

“Silicon Legal boasts a strong commitment to providing top-notch client service, as well as fostering a healthy startup-centric culture,” said Suh. “The harmony of both commitments produces an elite-level law practice ideally suited for the fast-paced nature of today’s cutting-edge technology startups, as well as the firms that invest in them. I look forward to contributing to that mission while providing legal counsel to our innovative and entrepreneurial clients.”

“Heading into 2021, we’re thrilled to have Larry join our team,” said Gaurav Mathur, partner at Silicon Legal Strategy and head of the firm’s Los Angeles office. “Larry’s experience is impressive and his dedication to client service will be invaluable as he guides clients through both day-to-day corporate transactions as well as the more complex issues faced by later-stage companies. Silicon Legal continues to attract top tier talent and we’re looking forward to continued growth in the new year.”
