SAN FRANCISCO, CA – Silicon Legal Strategy today announced that managing associate Tina Lee has joined the firm in its San Francisco office.
Tina Lee is a managing associate at Silicon Legal Strategy. Tina represents technology companies at every stage of the corporate lifecycle, including entity formation, general business and corporate governance matters, debt and equity financings, and mergers and acquisitions. Tina also advises venture capital investors on their investments into technology companies of every stage and level of sophistication.
Prior to joining SLS, Tina was an associate at Fenwick & West LLP, where she advised startups, late-stage private companies and venture capital investors. Tina received her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law and her B.S. in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Irvine.
