LOS ANGELES & SAN FRANCISCO, CA – Silicon Legal Strategy today announced that associate Nicole Nazarian has joined the firm in its Los Angeles office.
Nicole Nazarian is an associate at Silicon Legal Strategy. Nicole represents technology companies at every stage of the corporate life cycle, including entity formation, general business and corporate governance matters, debt and equity financings, and mergers and acquisitions. Nicole also advises venture capital investors on their investments into technology companies of every stage and level of sophistication.
Prior to joining SLS, Nicole was an associate at Goodwin Procter LLP, where she advised startups, late-stage private companies, and venture capital investors.
Nicole received her J.D. from UC College of the Law, San Francisco and her undergraduate degrees from Boston University.
