SAN FRANCISCO, CA – Silicon Legal Strategy today announced that associate Carson Jackson has joined the firm in its San Francisco office.
Carson Jackson is an associate at Silicon Legal. She represents technology companies at every stage of the corporate life cycle, including entity formation, general business and corporate governance matters, debt and equity financings and M&A. Carson also advises venture capital investors on their investments into technology companies to help them achieved their preferred business objectives.
Prior to joining SLS, Carson was an associate in Mayer Brown LLP’s M&A group in its Chicago office, where she advised companies across various industries with strategic acquisitions and exits. Prior to joining Mayer Brown, Carson was an associate in Fenwick & West LLP’s Santa Monica office, where she advised technology and life science companies and venture capital investors in connection with a variety of financing, transactional and corporate governance matters.
Carson received her J.D. from UCLA School of Law and her undergraduate degree in Finance from the University of Georgia.
